I read an article or review that compared Babe to Braveheart, which I think came out the same year. It was very compelling in laying out why they thought Babe was the more powerful and meaningful film. --- You haven't set a signature for the message boards yet ... Copied to Clipboard!

I havent seen it in years either but recently saw it ranked very highly by siskel and ebert when I was watching some old episodes of theirs on YouTube. seems like a great movie --- Proud fan of the worst team in American professional sports history: the Chicago Cubs. ... Copied to Clipboard!

This is the one where he was friends with the sheep dogs, right? I get it mixed up with Charlotte's Web a lot too, but I think Babe was live action and Charlotte's Web was a cartoon until like 2006. I grabbed a poster for the live action Charlotte's Web movie that had the wrong release date printed on it, thinking it would be worth something someday. ... Copied to Clipboard!

But then netflix removed it and I didn't know netflix removed stuff and was actually a sucky streaming service. So after years I decided to just get it myself.
