Added a third view of the movie yesterday since I had nothing better to do while getting prepared to visit my friend's house. In my mind I had actually intended to just skip to all the good parts (the songs), but I barely had enough time to watch all of it so, ultimately, I felt that I truly couldn't just skip anything. K Pop Demon Hunters doesn't have any parts that aren't good! (I did totally leave the TV room and wash up during Rujinu's awkward "date" though)

My personal experience has been that beyond the initial push, you have kpop aware folks like me getting in late in the second to fourth weeks, and now the steady word of mouth praise has my friends and coworkers who otherwise dont give a crap about kpop watching it and loving it.

the general public is just now discovering a really good disney-esque musical movie after being starved sinceencanto?? This thing is doing gangbusters

Also I think people are 1000% more likely to rewatch this movie than, say, Red One
