I feel like Germany has a bit of a PR issue keeping them from treating Israel like the genocidal war state it is.

I mean.... not for nothing, but Germany kind of doesn't want to be accused of anything remotely approaching anti-semitism

Now obviously, I'm not saying criticism of Israeli foreign policy is antisemitic, but it's pretty undeniable that that charge is levied as a weapon in that fashion, and those three arguably are the absolute weakest to it.
