I regret not picking it up when it came out. I just remember being rather confused as to what it actually was and whether or not there was a viable single-player mode outside of an 8-hour story mode with one character.

The story mode is freakin' awesome and the game is an absolute blast. It also looks like there is in fact a bots mode hidden away in the training menu.

I'm freakin' ecstatic. It's been so long since I enjoyed a game this much.

Multiplayer was cool af for awhile but it didn't take people long to figure out all the Infinite Loop combos so it kinda became cancerous. Bayo was absurdly OP too.

Soundtrack is fucking incredible, I listened to it for so many years after the game died. I tend to dislike rap Hip-Hop/Rap normally but for whatever reason this was an exception.

Would kill for a revival, I hate how dirty Sega did it by not Marketing it at all in the West.

Bayonetta is Pay 2 Win.

You're not wrong about the OST. Shit is so hype.

And yeah, it makes me angry that Sega effectively, INTENTIONALLY killed this game in the west.

That should be considered malpractice.

I really wanted to play this game, mainly becuase of Bayonetta.

But yeah, I remember being amped for it prior to release and then feeling that hype slowly subside when I couldn't discern just how much of a single-player component there was.

Turns out there's plenty; there isn't a single thing that's locked to multiplayer that you can't do with bots as far as I can tell. The ONLY thing that's limited to multiplayer is the unlocking of profile icon badges, possibly titles.

Oh, and the game's a fucking blast.

It even has a viable freakin' rugby/speedball mode.
