I pulled Vivian which has unfortunately left Yanagi benched for quite a while.

Not a lot of Ice Electric weak bosses.

Got Yuzuha about 15 from pity. So not great, but at least I didnt lose the 50/50. And now Ive got almost the whole patch to save for Alice. Would like to get Yanagi too, if possible, but if next patch it Orphie and Seed, Im not risking it unless I get Alice like first pull or something.

Yanagi/Vivian is like a Miyabi level team, probably even more so with Yuzuha now. Matching both weaknesses does not matter

And yeah Vivian was very popular AFAIK, like not Miyabi or even Astra/Evelyn level but not exactly a Lighter/Hugo/Jufufu situation either

Important context for this image: my Astra is M1. I cannot believe people were trying to say Yuzuha would be worse than Astra for Miyabi.

She's doing a little worse (2-3k) than Astra for Piper/Burnice vs Pompey but it's really, really hard to play Piper against that asshole and M1 Astra has the shield so I'm convinced it's my skill issue

Conspiracies already popping up based on the state of the beta that Manato was changed to S Rank late and swapped in to take SEEDs place because SEED has a full Agent Story but isn't actually in it.

Speculation it's because so many people thought SEED looked like shit (she does).

EDIT: Manato himself also technically not in the beta yet despite his unit I for being there. Just Orpheus right now.

I love how the ZZZ leak community can't ever just let there be a male S rank without there being some alleged background compromise that let them slip through the otherwise barred gate. (Except Hugo, because come on man)

Based on this and the kit leaks, it looks like Orphie is meant to spend sometime off field and being swapped off of for another DPS after certain attacks. One of the parts of her kit says she'll auto spend energy to launch her EX Special if she's off field when another character does theirs.

Really happy Komano is Rupture, I'd been hoping he'd be one. Wish he'd been Phys or something because I already have Eve and Burnice and it would be funny if Spook Shack was just the Phys faction but ah well. I am kinda shocked Orphie isn't.

Her additional ability also has a teamwide attack buff. She seems like she is a dedicated sub-dps for SAnby who ALSO has a team buff for Aftershocks, along with Trigger. And then as a bonus she works with S11 too.

Seems like it's gonna be an easy pass for me since I don't have those characters. Plus I'm generally not a fan of Orphie's personality type, although it is REALLY funny her animations are basically you're really controlling Magus and Orphie is dragged along.

She's an Aftershock agent, I think you'll just play them together.

But will you after Seed is out too? Id imagine people would probably run Orphie/Trigger/Seed and leave 11 out due to Standard class

Orphie's kit leans towards 2 DPS setups so that depends on if Seed is also an Attack unit. But who knows, Seed could be an Aftershock Support at this rate.

Man I remember not feeling most of the characters for this version, but now I want so many of them and unfortunately theyre close together instead of the easy skips giving me time to save.

Yeah I've regularly been putting in the survey that the presentation of voice acting during playable segments is legitimately terrible and needs to be reassessed urgently. Feels bad that they haven't done anything about it yet.

My thinking, although I've done zero to actually fact check this at all so I could be talking bullshit, is that it's any easy workaround to account for all of the dubs, so they put a pause long enough for the longest dub line to play out and that means you're sat there in silence for a bit in the other languages.

Again, complete conjecture, that was just what I figured was causing it.
