Not the oldest, but one I found in 99 after getting regular net access via WebTV (Laptop and phone today, plus Smart TV streaming): www.marvelite.prohosting.com/surfer/toon/index.html The Silver Surfer animated series was a goodie and it's run ended with the universe sans the Surfer, Thanos and a Lady Chaos (SatAM version of Lady Death). I used to visit FlashKit often as a kid. It's basically repository of assets and tutorials for Flash games/cartoons. The tutorials were pretty cool.
