Who do you think is going to stop him? Congress will never remove him from office. If the courts issue another order saying he has to return the people he's deported he'll just ignore it again.

I'm tired of hearing people saying not to "disparage" these people. This is straight up nazisim. He wants to send people who've committed no crimes to foreign prisons with no due process. That isn't going to save anyone on an individual level. And will just get people killed instead of rounded up and deported. And nothing will come of it.

He's an outright fascist, gunning to be a dictator. It's going to take major historical events to fix this at this point. Civil War, Depression, etc.

If Trump's cruelty includes even sending fully fledged American citizens to a death camp, then this nation is already done for.

There's no pleasant option at that point.

So hypothetically, let's say you're a lawful citizen just minding your own business. Never bothered anyone in your life. One day, in the middle of the night, someone barges in to drag you to a prison where you will almost certainly die. No crime committed, no trial, just you never being seen again.

Do you

A) Do nothing, and accept your fate?

B) Attempt to save your life? What actions you take are up to you. Failure means you likely die or get thrown into that same prison you were going to anyway.

I won't ask what actions you'd take in this scenario. Just A or B?

And that's how you get sent to a prison in another country and you won't be able to fight. Then you have to put of with the constant abuse, hoping someone will help you.

Something is going to happen. Every day that passes makes is less likely we are going to be able to remain a peaceful nation.

Never suggested it was. I never suggested taking violent action. You jumped to that conclusion.

What I'm saying is that by choosing to do nothing (Though of course, many people targeted will be those who have no other options), you likely won't be seen again.

So in a lose/lose situation, what would you pick?

Of course, the best option is to organize beforehand. Many people can work together and do things a single person cannot. People are still protesting to this day after all.
