Technically the term applies to the man opposite of the bull, indicating that they enjoy it.

But there needs to be a bull to make it exist in the first place. And they wouldn't be doing it if they weren't getting enjoyment out of the domination.

And really, the modern usage of the term has taken a more broad definition of anyone who willingly accepts or enjoys being dominated, humiliated or exploited or have their rights or property taken from them by a "social superior". Not necessarily in a sexual nature.

That was the original intention. The term originated hundreds of years ago, and was basically just a way to mock someone by basically saying "Hah hah, some other dude is fucking your wife." The implication was usually that the husband didn't know but everyone else did, so they'd laugh about it behind his back. And even if the husband did know/suspect, it was less that he was into it, and more that he was powerless to stop it, for whatever reason.

It wasn't until modern culture started to fetishize everything that it became a thing where the idea was that the husband was into it, usually in a masochistic sort of way.

i mean its basically porn involving someone who you find attractive and enjoy seeing turned on and someone else who is attractive/good in bed and making them feel amazing

I don't find it appealing.
