Gen Z still voted for Harris, albeit narrowly.

Gen X was the biggest Trump voting contingent, followed by the Boomers. If they disapprove of him now, that's a change since election day.

That's nice. They're still at fault for getting the country to this point. They kept voting in Republicans and they slowly killed the country. Not all of them of course, but enough.

I also noticed much, much older people were almost unanimously pro-vax. Not just because they were old and in poorer health, but they probably remember polio.

Pat Robertson of the 700 Club was staunchly pro-vaccination mandates, and he was a shitbird in everything else.

I don't get the whole Gen X thing. I was born in 75, and been screwed by republicans all my life. We were always ignored and seemed to adopt a live and let live attitude towards others. Unless there is some kind of sharp divide between the older and younger Gen X'ers.

Words have multiple definitions and uses. I was cleary using the second definition, which you had to remove part of to fit your argument. I'm using one definition and you're using a different definition to try and invalidate my use of the term label, that's not sound logic.

None of this is accurate. I didn't have to remove anything "to fit my argument," I removed redundant and inapplicable parts of the definition. "Especially" does not mean "always." All words are restrictive, again by necessity. The terms boomer and zoomer are not inaccurate; on the contrary they're very specific. You're using "label" as a pejorative but using it incorrectly even by your own misguided understanding of the word.

Then Oxford is wrong. They included the especially for connotation in the use of the word. Just because it says especially, doesn't mean it isn't part of the definition. If it weren't they wouldn't have included it in the definition. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.
