Did you at least confirm a lack of a wedding ring? You can at least ask around to anybody you trust or that might know her a little better. Theres a better perception of not creeper if friends can do the introducing. Any groups of friends there go out socially she might be a part of?

Well, if you have a shared lunchroom, and she takes lunch there, you could try to take lunch when she takes lunch. That's about the only way to "organically" talk to her.
And ffs, just make some excuse to go to HR and glance at her left hand. You might be wasting time here.

Correct. You find them attractive; ok. But you'll find plenty of other people attractive too, but your job is one you have right now - that's more important and risking that over someone you find attractive is a dumb move.

I know. I was cut for restructuring reasons at my last job back in April of 2024. I got very lucky to get this new one a couple of months after in August. I really like it. And I need a job more than ever right now.

I guess I'm just craving intimacy.
