How did the price jump up $4 from the itemization to subtotal? The drink plus 4% service is $37.60, not $41.60

What's this "Living Wage" 4%?

Also as a server I'm laughing at the "Powered by Toast", I assume Toast is some sort of system they use for their registers and operations, still funny to read.

I looked up the place, 4 stars with 254 Google reviews. It seems it's a tiki bar, I think there's only one in my city and I've been to it once. It is a pretty cool vibe.

And finally, I'm not seeing where that 41.60 comes from, should be $37.60 pre-tax, as clyde_frog is also pointing out.

Just worked out that they are charging $545 for a bottle of rum that retails at $21.99. (They don't pay retail).

That's way more than a typical markup. Hope the experience was worth it.
