Something I saw briefly on Comedy Central years ago while flipping through channels. A guy walks into a pharmacy to buy some condoms. But he's really nervous about it and is imagining everyone around him judging him. It shows the other store patrons whispering to each other and shaking their heads in disdain. Then a song starts playing over the intercom about how "Greg is having lots of sex tonight".

Feels like something I dreamt, but it has to be real, right?

Is it? To be honest, I'm not entirely sure the name was "Greg", but I'm pretty sure the actor wasn't Ben Stiller. Also, I have seen that movie in full before, and I don't remember anything like that in it.

I could be misremembering though.

This might be you're thinking of:

As an aside, I always found that cliche to be stupid. Why should you be embarrassed to buy condoms? It means you're getting laid. You should be proud. Even more so because it implies you're being responsible about it.

I mean, unless you're buying "Extra Small" size or something.

Oh no, it was definitely a more modern movie. Probably early to mid 2000's? I would have seen it on TV around 2008-2010?

Also, it's understandable to be nervous if you're inexperienced or have been brought up to be uncomfortable with sexuality. Even if there's nothing to be ashamed of, you still might get the occasional jackass that wants to make a cheeky remark.

I don't know, I think I remember dude looking like he was in his mid 20's to early 30's so I thought it strange he had those inner qualms. I think he was also in a decent-lengthed relationship with his girlfriend or wife or whatever because I think he wasn't used to having sex with a condom. Like, he made an actual remark on it in the following scene before I got bored and switched channels.

Also, it didn't seem like one of those "Raunchy 2000's Comedies" if you know what I'm talking about. It kind of seemed more dry humor considering the scene and all. Almost "British". But not really British humor. I think. Maybe.

Man, it's been so long.
