You have a lot of bills you're collecting on, but you exceed the required income amount and can pass a background check?

This is really, really important for my future in the next couple weeks and I have so much anxiety that we won't get it.

Depends how many bills and how much.

They might ask for a higher deposit, but they might also just decline you.

What do you mean by approved? Apart from student housing, every place Ive ever rented, and Ive rented quite a few, just wanted a deposit and first months rent up front.

There was a $60 application fee for the apartments we want, which we paid for already.
