I don't really understand why people such an issue with Flash being fast...but have no problems reading fighting Shonen Anime/Manga where literally EVERY CHARACTER has super speed and get faster then the previous arc. It's bizzare to mean that people want Comic Characters to be grounded, but have zero problems reading stories about Wukong, Goku, Simon, Asura Wrath breaking reality.

Its generally due to VS debates, particularly ones that involve comic books vs manga. Wheres the former usually wipes the floor the floor with the latter..which leaves that audience feeling super butthurt afterward. So they retaliate by criticizing the characters, the writers and genre as a whole.

Otherwise there isnt really any reason for them to ever mention, talk or care about them.

Has there been a comic or story where the speedster is limited by stamina?

Like running at mach 3 might be like a light jog for them, but running at the speed of light is more like an all-out sprint, so they can't go that stupidly fast for very long.

I always thought of it like a dbz fight where punches are thrown, but both parties are dodging super fast.

The Flash is frequently shown eating a lot for exactly that reason. I'm not a huge Flash guy (I've mostly seen him in cartoons or when he's a minor character in one issue of someone else's series) so it could be relevant more than I think, but it seems to me this is usually more of a joke than anything.

Just accept that super speed is really fucking strong and then double down by giving them super speed within super speed

A somewhat realistic negative you don't see of course is getting old fast.

That only happens in 1 offs or gets fixed and reversed by the end of story arc at worst.

how come their 'speed' is also precise velocity, i mean if a car travels at lightspeed doesn't mean it can turn precisely, i can accept flash moving at high speed but they can do other shit during that?
