It will forever be Sweet Tooth for me Edit - Didn't see the "Platformer" stipulation. Yeah well, Twisted Metal is kind of like a car platformer with how you have to jump between buildings. As nostalgic as I find the Spyro and Crash games, I don't find either character very appealing. Haven't played the rest, except a single R&C game and I didn't care for them either. Come to think of it, I'm also not big on Mario and Sonic. I like mascot platformers, but not the mascots! I guess I vote Crash by default, him being mute except for the word 'whoa' is entertaining, and he does have that eyebrow wiggle. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Its Sly Cooper for me. At least if looking at the PS2-era trio, I think the series was the best in terms of platforming gameplay. Ratchet and Clank seemed more interested in weapons from the start, and Jak and Daxter also ultimately moved away from a platforming focus into vehicles and weapons. Sly Cooper had a very basic stealth element as well, but it always felt to me as though that synced with the platforming and was not at odds with it. And, purely on a subjective level, I felt like the humor in Sly Cooper fit its games the best without going overboard. The other two, to me, had a problem with being too try-hard in that department. I dont really have any experience with Spyro. Crash Bandicoot is certainly the most iconic, but I do ultimately prefer Sly Cooper. I dunno, the 2.5D nature of classic Crash always felt just a little bit limited to me, compared to a fully 3D platformer (unpopular opinion I know, but Twinsanity is my favorite of the Crash series in large part because of this). --- Only guy on the entire internet thinking about the Scoobyverse. ...
