Those in it for a profit (Greedly, Plunder, Sludge) and those in it for fun (Blight, Scumm, Nukem, Zarm) Scumm was probably the worst as he didn't have the "for science" motive of Blight, need to feed on radiation like Nukem, or the twisted social darwinism of Zarm. There's even a decent chance that the main villain of the show will temporarily switch sides for that one episode as soon as a drug dealing villain enters the scene.
