Im just impressed they had a 3 person police department. Iowa is full of these mostly small towns. I live in one that is around 1,000 people and growing up it was 850. We had 1 town cop and when he was off duty we just had no police haha. We currently have 3 people as well.

I know that sounds like nothing but it just shows the shift in focus over the years. Our crime which is practically non existent hasnt changed in the last 40+ years yet we went from 1 cop to 3 and one of them is a K-9 unit. We live in the middle of cornfields and cow pastures. The need for this kind of staffing is silly anyway,

I can't believe supplying military grade weapons to dangerous individuals is only worth 5 years in prison.

Well, if he sold them to Russia he'd only get a Pardon.

I've also been through the system both from my own stupidity and because of pigs pigging, so don't get me wrong I stand by the fact that 99% of them are that bad.

But those cow pastures and corn fields are where all the meth is stolen from. Can't find all the stolen corn field meth without the drug dog that cost tens of thousands to train that will actually only be used to pull over out of state plates with minorities driving it as an excuse to impound their vehicle at best.

If you have 10 good cops and 90 bad cops, and the 10 good cops dont do anything about the 90 bad cops, you have 100 bad cops.
