Does anybody else get this impression? It's like the Castlevania games, where no matter how many times the Belmont clan defeats Dracula, he keeps coming back:

  • 2016 (age 70) - Hillary Clinton
  • 2020 (age 74) - Joe Biden
  • 2024 (age 78) - Kamala Harris
  • 2028 (age 82) - ??? (probably Kamala Harris again)
I'm not aware of another presidential candidate in history who has stubbornly returned for a third consecutive trial. I know he said he won't run a fourth time if he loses next month, but who actually believes that? It's not like he's going to jail anyway because there's nobody with his level of Batman plot armor.

He likely wouldn't had stuck around if Hillary had won in 2016. In fact, he himself wasn't planning on winning, and was using the publicity of his campaign to start a TV channel called TrumpTV.

If I had a nickel for every topic I've seen on CE involving Donald Trump and Dracula in the past week, I'd have two nickels.

Which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice!
