The Steam Deck release is how they should do it: you have to order through your account, one per account, and the account must be a year old or more. For the first like 60K make it a requirement where like post #91 said you have to had your playstation account for at least 2 years, bought at least 1 PSN purchase for this year, and have played games on the PS4 or PS5 for bare minimum 250 hours of play-time total. (Even if the playtime is mostly away from game just showing someone cutting a PS4 or 5 on would be enough to tell "ok, these are actually humans that has had a playstation product and so they should get first dibs on nostalgia releases like this"). You would think sony would prefer the people actually playing playstation games to get their hands on these since these customers would potentially be buying more games compared to scalpers that while they gave them the initial charge for buying the console bundle all they are going to do is gather dust in some dude's garage/house until social media influencers with money to burn or celebrities come around and buy that scalped stock, lol.
