I feel like that last one isn't going to fix anything, live-customer service representatives are still going to be understaffed and outsourced so no one is going to be able to get hold of one before they're too backed up with other people, but it's a nice gesture.

Honestly I think anyone who plays chess even casually should be picking the 3rd option. Experience >>> intelligence in approximating who's good at the game. I suppose it's possible one of them is secretly a skilled club player or something but I doubt it.

Political and rich people have a lot of free time on their hands and chess is a common dick measuring contest. It's likely they have more experience than me (a few hours on chess.com). I'm prob 800 tops.
