How much of it do you eat in one sitting? (roughly 1 hour from getting it)

before diabetes = 5 pieces if medium sized pizza

after diabetes = 0. unless i get a keto pizza (without the pizza crust).

i have to take it seriously, i don't want to progress into game over ie type 2 diabetes. if i do that there's no coming back.

2 pieces and a couple breadsticks. I usually order pizza when I havent eaten all day so I gotta have that extra piece. Unless its a gym day but I dont normally order pizza then lol

14" is either a small or medium depending on the place here (some call a 12" either a small or personal here and don't have a medium if they have a personal). A large is 16".

2 slices is usually the most I'll have though and save some for leftovers.

It depends on style of pizza.

Pizza doesn't really fill me up, so I can drop a whole Costco pizza if I tried. But a whole deep dish a bit tougher.

Something like dominos I could crush a whole large easily.

Yeah - for me if it's a large from Dominoes or Papa Johns I usually eat 4 slices minimum - and if I'm hungry enough the whole pizza is gone then and there.

Thing is - sometimes I'm STILL not full. I don't know what's up - have a black hole in my stomach I guess it takes a LOT for me to fill full some days.

This realistically.

Back in the day I used to put away an entire pizza once a week. Usually I'd order it with wings, have the wings and about 4-6 slices. Save 2-4 slices for later that night. Occasionally it would last until the next day. Fucking absurd, I did that for about 8 years and I regret it.

it's not always consistent. i'd say, the normal is about 2 slices. but there are days when i can really eat the whole thing. and days when i'm just not feeling it, especially so much cheese.

2 is about the average though
