STEROLIZER 05/25/24 7:03:45 AM #6:	Social Media in general has allowed us to remain connected to people former generations would have lost contact with, and really provides the current generations with an added safety net as well. Overall, I definitely feel it's been a betterment to society, With that said, as with quite literally everything, there are always some downfalls to them as well. This woman is using it as a form of emotional support -- which isn't even a bad thing, its just that the way in which she's doing it is coming at the expense of another person's happiness. Even then tho, social media allowed he ex husband a way to quickly retort. So, more bad than good I suppose -- at the very least its better than the old days of simple gossip & hearsay where he wouldn't have had a chance to defend himself. <cite>STEROLIZER posted [p:980549243] in Social med... It added nothing to the Internet that wasn't already there from basically the fucking beginning, it just made it infinitely worse and infinitely more marketable. Some people get addicted to likes and replies and will do batshit crazy stuff trying to get their fix.
