People should be more fine with doing this I've ate chicken sandwiches almost everyday for over 4 years. I only change up what condiments I put on (ketchup mayo or both) and if I put seasoning salt on it or not. --- I put my heart and soul into my work and I fear I have lost my mind in the process ... Yep you have to be ok with leftovers.
Last week I made chicken breasts which we got 2 nights out of. Made salads with them one night and angel hair the other. Then I made steaks and we got two nights out of those Then I made Italian sausage which only lasted one night but thats cheap. --- More to do with the humidity than heat ... Copied to Clipboard!

I mean, I can do leftovers like once or twice per meal but pretty much everything is portioned for like eight hundred servings. Unless it's a TV dinner I guess.

You can literally buy packs of meat that only got like 2 cuts in it. Don't quote me but I think if you can get ahold of the butcher you can ask them to package you up just one. They sell by weight. Or if you find one go to a legit butcher shop. They usually run deals in my expierence --- I put my heart and soul into my work and I fear I have lost my mind in the process ... Copied to Clipboard!
