I find it really funny that you of all people are complaining about someone posting stupid shit that doesn't matter.

I do kind of agree with what they said about the combat movement. I had played quite a few JRPGs as a kid before I got around to playing Trigger, and I remember very vividly spending a long time trying to figure out how to move in battle, and then becoming disappointed when I couldn't. Lunar 2 (1 probably has it too) is a good example of what I was looking for. It is turn based, but attacks are similar in the sense that AOE's are dependent on where your party members are standing on their side of the screen. But the game gives you a movement option where you can basically just use their turn to point and click on a spot for them to move to, while still being entirely a turn based JRPG.

When comparing two subjective items, one is a review from a years old dead website so its complaint should have some logically different value than simply complaining about a thread made on the same day about the previously mentioned review.

Since thes evalues do not logically equate, then I would be hard pressed to say we are at a perfect score, if anything we are on simmilarly gradeable scores but still orders of magnitud away from one another.

As someone whose main hobby is video games and as someone who has frequented bgg for many years... I don't know how I was unaware of vgg.

Yeah I remember coming across the site years ago and being turned off by how nitpicky and galaxybrained the community was. I just remembered this review this morning and posted it here because I was bored.

You're not wrong but I think giving the game a 1/10 on that alone is beyond stupid.
