never played it is it any good?

The new doggy based one is coming out this fiscal year.

I payed like $10 for it and couldn't be bothered to finish it.

I got it free long ago and haven't played it yet. Worried about how it's aged. Those sandbox games usually don't age well.

It's a ton of fun and you can't beat free.

Probably what I consider my least favorite game. It was plagued with so many bugs and was just all around so boring that I really struggled to finish it. The final boss even glitched out on me twice so I had to reset, making finishing this game even more painful. Thank god at least there was a glitch to get infinite power points or whatever that dumb shit mechanic was that forced you to do shitty sidequests to progress the story or else I def wouldn't have beat this game.

Good game as long you ignore all the fecth quests in each area. Also up the difficulty if you dont want the game to play mostly like a hack and slash.

I got it at launch but never actually played it. Oops. I really should go through those games sometime. I liked what I played of 1.

I got through most of it, probably. Decent enough, plot actually felt more focused than a lot of WRPGs Ive played in recent years, so theres that.

Cool, maybe I'll play it, or one of the other hundred free games one day.

When it was still new, I heard most players say it's really bloated with fetch quests.

People always shit on it and even back then everyone was saying how all the talent had left Bioware and it was going to be a bad game. But I'm only going by feedback on gamefaqs and to be fair, people here shit and hate on everything no matter how good it is.

I personally loved it. Although it wasn't as good as Origins was I still found it damn good and I played it to 100% and did absolutely everything there was to do with all DLC. Got platinum trophy for it on PS4. I thought it was top tier honestly. But I know I will be in the minority.

Yep and even worse they are REQUIRED. The game uses a "power point" system where you need a certain amount of points to advance the story, and unless something has changed you get those power points by doing those shitty side quests.

Romance was such trash too. I got like 2 scenes with my girl, then a short sex scene, and boom, that was it. After that she just went back to acting like a normal ass npc.
