I was working with just one headphone attached and boss asks what I was listening to, I said I was listening to some podcast, she was outraged.

I can't use headphones anymore and my workstation has been moved se they can see what I'm doing on the PC.

I'm on gamefaqs now, I wonder if they're seeing this.

That sucks. I probably would've fallen asleep and lit the whole building on fire at one of my previous jobs if I couldn't have podcasts on to keep me alert.

I was told that I could listen to the radio at a reasonable volume from nine to eleven, I told bill that if Sandra is going to listen to her headphones while she's filing then I should be able to listen to the radio while I'm collating so I don't see why I should have to turn down the radio because I enjoy listening at a reasonable volume from nine to eleven.

I have a third monitor that I use specifically for netlifx/youtube or something when I don't have to have all my focus on work. They don't care here. It's nice.

My cube neighbor listens to podcasts all day with headphones, and I don't mind that, but what's really annoying is that he laughs out loud at all the funny parts

You have a workstation? This is management behavior I'd expect from a night shift Walmart supervisor, not an office. That really sucks.
