Why did SEGA of America even go through the trouble of changing it? All of the stage themes went together, and because the Past themes were hardcoded into the game itself, they were left alone while all the other tracks were changes, which must have been jarring for kids when the Past themes sounded nothing like the rest of the music on their respective stages.

But at least the US Boss Theme goes better with that "Fun is Infinite" secret message screen.

Yeah, I'll admit that some of the US themes sound good, but overall, I feel the original soundtrack is leagues better.

No the JP theme goes better with the easter egg too. US just makes it a creepypasta which is unique and funny but it being goofy and a jam was what was intended.

Yes, we did. Fortunately the Christian Whitehead PC port fixes this issue.

I still prefer the US track over the JPN one. Stardust Speedway Zone: Good Future and Bad Future are two of my favorites. And the boss music felt like shit was getting real.
