That was my takeaway from it and I haven't read anything up on it so I'll see how it goes. But again I dont really like these type of movies. I liked that Brandon didn't suddenly change his mind at the end from his mother's speech. When he said he was superior early on in the movie and said it with such boldness was quite disturbing.
