I have a half a glass with my first meal of the day which is at lunchtime in the early afternoon but is always breakfast food.

I get my milk from a very local dairy farm. I prefer whole creamline milk. Non homogenized. The kind you have to shake really well before pouring because the cream separates. Its so much better than other milk. Im glad I live surrounded by farms in such a heavy farming state.

Incidentally, any of you have some unprocessed milk? It's like ice cream in the form of milk. It's weird to explain, but that's exactly the experience.

Casein protein, a slow digested protein is good to have before a long period of fasting/sleep, especially if you lift.
So I usually have a glass before bed
