Really shocked by this as this is way out of his character but getting blown own lead to this kinda frustration. He should be suspended for this, IMO because what he did was dangerous to everyone on the court.

It is a black mark on the league if he is not suspended, but he won't be. Playoffs too strong.

However, I guess they did suspend Draymond for a playoff game a few years back, but we all know his history, so that was warranted.

But, yes, this was extremely dangerous and could've resulted in broken bones.

I don't think he meant to throw it on the court. He throws it down and it just slides onto the court.

Nuggets were getting hammered by the refs that first half. Joker was getting hacked every time he went to the rim and wasn't getting calls, KAT runs right through Murray at one point and the refs didn't blow the whistle, charge or block, it got so bad that Malone at one point was irate in the middle of the court yelling at the refs.

I will say it was odd, because I've seen refs basically eject players and coaches for doing 1/10 of what Malone, Joker, and Murray were doing, so for them to not call fouls and not call techs was odd.

The officiating was extremely poor though and you should never throw shit on the court, as someone could have definitely been hurt, but I personally don't think it was Murray's intention to throw it on the court. Maybe it was his intention, but from the small bit of video we have, it doesn't seem like he's lobbing it, more so throwing it into the ground, but again, I don't know. I think a small fine and warning is sufficient.

Holy shit, the amount of times I had to watch that video to figure out when he threw it and where he even was. He throws it around 6-7 seconds. Almost looks like he was in the crowd. He's to the left and below the shot clock.

But, the video explains where he is, zooms in, and slows down... In real time though it would be easy to miss, since the camera is partially obstructed by the hoop.

That's on me. I'm trying to sneak and watch it at work. When it zoomed in, I wasn't sure what I was looking at. I didn't listen to the audio either. And through my several rewatches, it was only the first time that I even let me play enough to the replay.
