It's my favorite, so I'd say yes, but favorite games are subjective rather than objective so there really is no best or greatest anything in entertainment.

While not my favorite of all time (Mother 3 takes that mantle), I can still say CT is prolly the best on any somewhat objective basis. Definitely has a well deserved legacy

it might crack the 10-20 range for rpgs for me. nothing against it (decent 8 for me which is hella good), i just like other rpgs more.
