I have been for about 4 years. I'm sure it helps but I can't say I've noticed a difference, but maybe it's just helping me from getting worse than I was before.

Most people just piss out 99% of any multivitamin and they're a waste of money. For most. Just eat an apple and veggies semi-regularly.

Yeah, one of those you dissolve in water.

Probably placebo effect, but it wakes me up and starts the day.

Nope. I have seen a comprehensive study have done by Johns Hopkins and they show there is virtually no detectable benefit to taking a multi-vitamin. No real harm either so if you think it is doing you good the only thing you are really impacting is your wallet so go for it if you want to literally piss the vitamins away.

I do take Vitamin D daily because I have some health issues that cause me to struggle with that a lot so I need a fairly high daily dose of that to maintain levels.

Multivitamins are generally prescribed to people with deficiences. If you already eat proper meals every day you'll probably just pass the pills on to the toilet.

But I'm broke and don't eat well and have various health issues so I take them just in case. >_>

Multi? No.

I do take a Vitamin D supplement. Bloodwork showed I was dangerously low about 3-4 years ago, and its now in the normal range.

So multis may be a scam, but the Vitamin D supplement I take has worked for me.

You mean 100% placebo, since that's not what vitamins do, at all.

I tried taking multivitamins once and I peed yellow paint all the next day. No more after that.
