What a fucking joke. Just about anyone else would have been arrested, likely at gunpoint, and charged with felony eluding. People constantly harp that cops need to be held more accountable, which they should. But this is the kind of shit that really makes me furious. People who work high level positions in the legal system and think theyre above the law cause of who they are and who they know. And they largely almost always are and get kid glove treatment for behavior that would ruin someone elses life.
