CobraGT 04/27/24 4:11:42 PM #1:	I think enough unsuspecting bystanders have been wrestled to the ground for the United States to have a National Ziptie Protocol. There should be a vest design that the cops wear and they must wear the vests with 5 minutes of visibility beforehand and play Yankee Doodle as they work.
