I haven't been sick since 2019. I rarely get sick, though I do have other ongoing health issues that for 10 years has left me feeling less than 100% and have been problemtatic.
But as for like catching a cold or the flu type sick, that is very very very rare for me. Sneezing and nasal discharge yesterday. Assumed seasonal allergies and Medicated with antihistamines. Went to bed early and woke up to malaise and a cold sore. Definitely fighting off something hopefully it wont get worse.
