GDPR = General Data Protection Regulation
CCPA = California Consumer Privacy Act There's no "standard form", but if you write Fandom they are required to respond, under penalties of up to 10M euros or 2% of the entire company's yearly profit for failure to comply in a reasonable time. The exact details of what they are required to provide are below. If you're unhappy with Fandom's latest changes to Gamefaqs, and are planning on leaving the site, at least consider sending a request first (along with your right to be forgotten in the EU) so they have to do all this work. https://gdpr-info.eu/art-15-gdpr/
