That doesnt involve gambling or strip clubs?

I have lived in Arizona for a few years and still havent been up there. I really like hiking and museums would it be worth it for me or should I just go to New Mexico?

If you like walking, walking the strip during the day or night is plenty of fun. To see all the hotels lit up is amazing.

I also enjoy seeing a show or two while Im there. As another user recommended, there are a lot of great Cirque de Soli shows to choose from. Or, if you are into concerts, you can look up who will be playing there during your stay to see if theres any concerts youd care to see.

another great aspect is the dining. They have plenty of great restaurants and food places to choose from.

Two things I will say about Vegas: the first is that its a city. So if you are more into nature and hiking, Las Vegas is probably not for you.

The second thing I will say is that at least dining wise, Las Vegas is fairly expensive. The meals can be kind of pricey, depending on what you get.

but overall, I think its a fun place to visit. Just depends on what you like.

tag because I'm in Vegas till Monday and I don't gamble or like strip clubs either.

Some of those museums sound fun, and they'd be inside where it's not 90 degrees.

Going to Phish each evening, but a daytime show might be fun too bc Ive never seen one.

Pick some of the themed casinos and just look around them. Dont gamble.

Almost all the buffets are very similar, but mostly good.

Pinball Hall of fame is neat.

Red Rock is good.

Try not to do normal shopping in the casino areas. Everything is about 3 times as expensive as a normal grocery store.

Dont talk to the event hustlers. They will try to convince you of some weird deal which is half legit, but it involves a lot of convoluted stuff and extra visits.

This is from someone who grew up in Vegas.

Game Nest is a VERY good arcade that has classic games, newer stuff, rhythm games, fighting games, weeb games, hardcore stuff, etc. Red Note is a really chill Japanese style arcade, mostly focusing in rhythm games. Round One is a Japanese arcade owned by Konami.
