If you live in a blue state, no worries. If you live in a red state? Well, they care too much about children's lives to do things like feed them. Q: What are we doing about Gun Violence? A: Thoughts and prayers. Q: Do thoughts and prayers actually help? A: No. But politicians like to say they do, because they belong to Big Religion, and the NRA tells them to. We value childrens lives too much to save them from gun violence. Q: So how about free college education? A: You're joking, right? Q: Can I at least get affordable housing? A: Sure, if you consider being in debt for the rest of your life 'affordable'. Q: Can we change things so things don't suck so much? A: Apparently not! A: No, because our country is gerrymandered so that Republicans have a disproportionate amount of power. This means Democrats have to be in lock step to get anything done.
