It's just incessant daily grinding in tedious repetitive gameplay to get an insignificant drip of resources for an incredibly small chance of getting a character you want, which are the only good things about the game. Most chars get added to the general pool after a month or so too. For limited units, you only need to worry about collabs, summer, and Christmas. There is a lot of sexualisation though and often a very 'haremy' feel to it. The gameplay is largely auto but you can play manually if you want.
