What kind of sense does that make? Copy/paste makes it faster but it is absolutely painful doing this over and over for every application.

They want desperate people willing to prostrate themselves.

They'll probably expect a printed one during the interview too.

You are being redirected to the employers website to complete the application process

The typing in part so so the computer can search for keywords and if it's missing then automatically your resume is not shown to the employer.

Ive never had to do both on one application.

Also, for post 4, some jobs making you type it out arent sifting with software.
