I thought Dead Ringers and Crash were better than Videodrome. Eastern Promises was pretty good, but Crimes of the Future was just OK for me.

I've only seen Videodrome and Eastern Promises and enjoy both.

Looking at his filmography, it's interesting how he was making these grotesque body horror films with lots of surrealism before moving onto some pretty grounded crime and drama movies.

Also, damn, Sunhawk got me again. He's making banger after banger.

His violence trilogy was the best where he kept making hit after hit one after the other in succession; a history of violence, eastern promises and a dangerous method.

Haven't liked or watched his other movies. I think I liked the above trilogy because they all had Viggo Mortensen
