C-zom 04/11/24 10:55:14 PM #5:	My biggest forced social adjustment recently is stopping myself from following up on anything someone vents with an anecdote, message, or story. In my head, 100% of the time, I'm trying to relate/sympathize/reframe their problem with my experience. Also 100% of the time, people get irritated at that trait. These days I just listen, and then follow up with a question that is also about them/continues their thread. Unless I'm asked a question about myself I don't interject with my experiences.
