You're gonna want a Ryzen X3D CPU (but not the 7900X3D or 7950X3D, from what I hear those have issues in gaming - 7800X3D is the best choice). NVidia are still the best in terms of results for GPUs, but AMD offer majorly better value for money while still being plenty, so it's really up to you which way you wanna go on that. Don't get less than 32GB RAM without leaving open the option to upgrade later. 16GB is still okay for now but we're close to the point where it won't be.
