The above are the timestamps for each state and actual ranking. Left the top three off so people could watch that themselves. It didnt list the territories so Guam and Puerto Rico arent on the list but are in the video.

I dont know what half you live in but South Jersey is a great place to live. You might as well consider South/North Jersey to be different states.

Sad that most bad states are red states.

I know why my state Colorado fell, if we could fix the homeless issue & the crime rates a lot of issues would sort themselves out. I know we used to be in a lot of top ten lists so I understand why it's fallen. Keeping New Hampshire, Vermont, & Utah in mind though as places to move to if everything goes to shit

Is 80k enough to live in Massachusetts? Job opportunity came up in a year due to new facility being built from my company that I can transfer too. No increase in pay though unless I get promoted.

not in Boston but pretty much anywhere else except for the very high income neighborhoods in some towns

I make 70k and I have a 2 bedroom apartment with a roomate only paying $300/mo(she doesnt really live with me, just paying for storage until July)

but Im also right near a pretty nice beach and only like 20 mins from the city depending on traffic

buying a house would be harder unless youve got cash saved up

Got a house in Jersey that I put 5% on. Went from listed at 275, I bought at 318 it's now worth 414 max according to Zillow. So like 95K plus equity I paid over 2 years which ain't that much tbh. I'd say if I sold today I would have 115k total to put towards a new place. These interest rates though...I got my place at 3.25%
