I was so naive thinking covid would mercifully end handshakes and cheek kissing, but nooo both came back like nothing happened and I have to find a bathroom to wash my hands every time

Just don't shake hands with people. I've seen so many coworkers come out of a stall after pooping and either not washing their hands or just barely getting them wet.

I was trying to bring finger guns back, but i had to have a long discussion with HR when people thought I was giving them threatening gestures around the office.

Apparently finger guns aren't supposed to be one handed and aimed at the persons face. I just wanted to make sure they saw it. They're also supposed to be faster than what I do. I tried to argued that fast finger gunning someone in the face is way worse and they immediately ended the meeting.
