It is also outstanding with polish sausage, or with corn dogs/hot dogs, pastrami, brats, ham, and so many other things. It is a key ingredient in deviled eggs and I love hot mustard with egg rolls. Like it goes with so many things. And there are of course so many varieties of mustard, not just standard yellow mustard. There are some great stone ground mustards. And I love mixing spicy mustard with mayo when I make a good italian sub sandwich jersey style with oil and vinegar as well.
