I've always heard nothing but good things about it and after finally getting into it I'm shocked at how it's had a following. The writing is fanfic-tier.

Though the Treehouse of Horror issues had a cool gimmick where a lot of stories were done by guests artists including a really ahead-of-its-time bit about bootleg Simpsons merch.

i liked it well enough but I recognised the writing style was waay different to the cartoon it was too blunt and on the nose sometimes
