This is based on a real team, but I will make it a hypothetical and change the number.

Let's say you have one of the best teams of all time, who won the title in 10 consecutive years.

However for just one of those middle years this competition was split into two versions (with most of the same teams competing in both). This team won one of those competitions and another team won the other version.

Do you still say that team won '10 in a row'?
