I didn't intend to buy it, and that stance remains after trying it, but it wasn't that bad.

Not feeling combat unless it's vs a boss, which seems to be a reoccurring theme of the Souls demos for me.

EVE feels like she is always underwater, and none of the things she does feels snappy. Dodging, attacking, ending combos, recovering after getting knocked down, using skills, follow up attacks, it all feels disjointed.

Controls are odd, too

Honestly I'm half interested in the story, but anticipating the soundtrack to see how wild it can get
