I would probably have a backup smartphone back at my hotel along with credit card, wallet, etc. Would you risk taking your passport out in public? Would you even trust to have it safe back at your hotel? I would love to live that nomadic lifestyle where I work remote, but I can't seem to wrap in my mind on how everything would map out. There's too much to consider, the logistics of it all seems way too overwhelming. I mean how difficult would it be for me to take a 3 month trip to Thailand and decide to daytrade stocks as a nomad? I'm getting old and I feel like I'm wasting time only talking about the things I wish I could have done. It's time for me to actually do it now.

I keep my passport in a safe whenever I dont have it on me.

Being a digital nomad is very viable if youre in the right line of work and choose the right country. Some countries, like Vietnam, arent great for it because youll probably be stuck doing border runs every three months.
